Comfort food & more from Qtrove.com | Product Review on my Youtube Channel

Hey People!

How have you been doing? Hope winters are treating you well and you are having a good time munching on food like I do. Well winter is actually the time when you tend to dig into the blanket and order all sorts of comfort food like pizzas, sweets and even snacks like wafers.
And if you are an Indian how can your winters be over without the sumptuous laddoos and halwas that are freshly prepared and served piping hot to dig in when you lie in comfort under a Razaai!

Well comfort food is comfortable enough to munch when we don’t feel like going anywhere and thus we all love the online ordering of food like never before. And if you too have been searching for the right place to buy your next snacking session from – then I do have a choice here!

Concept: The website I found the other day which is filled with all sorts of food, lifestyle, body & bath, kids and even home décor products curated from all over India. Qtrove gives emphasis to the local brands and boutiques that are working from their house or small outlets and are making a mark by their supreme quality natural products to match the needs of our lives. Thus I took on the opportunity to dig into some items and enjoy my winters too!

Products: Here are a few products that I ordered.

Sugar free cocoa peanut butter ~ This one was from The Butternut Company which is now a well known name for quality flavoured butters and spreads with flavours which melt your heart. My pick was the cocoa peanut butter which had natural ingredients, sea salt and was gluten free. The taste was that of raw peanut mixed with cocoa and formed into buttery smoothness – but with no sweetness! They do have sweetened variants too. This butter can be spread on breads, used as dips or mixed with milk to form your peanut butter shake! I have already finished half of it – so it’s a yes from me!

Snalthy home baked spicy Mexican chips ~ This product was received as a Mexican style chips with tomato flavor but it was nothing worth the name. Salt-less and definitely not Mexican or tomato flavoured. I do not recommend this one!

Naturoday Mixed Makhana ~ how can comfort food be eaten without finding the calorie meter? Well this snack or basically flavoured makhaanas definitely keep track of weight while you munch as you want! The tomato and pudina flavor both were good and the makhaanas were crispy (baked)

Fresh chocolate hazelnut fudge ~ Oh! Fudge fresh chocolate hazelnut fudge was the most celebrated item from my list as it had the gooey and soft creamy finish while being heavenly on the tongue. The perfect blend of chocolate and hazelnut in the form of a mousse or you may say thick fudge was perfect to dig in if you are a chocolate lover! Although I would say that they should improve on their 75gm packaging.

Homemade all natural chilli pickle ~ Pikkle Shikkle is now a known name for the drool worthy pickles that they make. The chilli pickle is a favourite at home and so my pick! The pickle is chilli, full of flavours and little tangy which I liked.
I have made a short video to review all the products for you all, the video of which is here!
