Chamomile or Babune ka Phal, is an aromatic flower belonging to the daisy family.

Chamomile flowers are brewed in water to lend it the flavor and goodness of the flowers – we call it as Chamomile Tea. Rich in Chamazulene compound, chamomile tea is enriched with anti-inflammatory, antispasmodic and analgesic properties. It is a great healing ageing Unlike the usual tea varieties, chamomile tea doesn’t contain caffeine and is a powerful herbal drink to soothe the senses.

One of the first Chamomile Teas that i tried. It has a subtle sweetness and endearing flavour. The aroma is beautiful. Definitely something that calms the senses and gives soothe to the muscles.

Onlyleaf Chamomile Green Tea

As the packaging suggests, this tea is a blend of Chamomile and Green Tea. Although it relaxes the body and detoxifies, the green tea sometimes leaves me awake for a couple of more hours. Otherwise, it does induce sleep.

Twinnings Pure Chamomile Tea

Being a tea brand, twinings brings the flavour of Chamomile in its green tea packages to deliver the soothing effect of the flower in what the brand does the best - sell tea. It isnt chamomile flower but tea leaves infused with chamomile extracts. Definitely a good flavour of chamomile for the green tea lovers!
