Imly is a little spice with a sweet-sour mix, that’s adds life to a dish!

With this concept there came a new restaurant chain in India, the Imly restaurant which has been able to secure a big place in people’s heart in a short span of time. With its lively aura, the mouth watering dishes and affordable pricing – the restaurant is easily a food and pocket friendly place! Having opened at its franchises for over 4 places in Delhi and a few over Mumbai and Ahmedabad, Imly is a franchise concept restaurant with more franchises to be opened.

The award winner for the ‘Best Pure Vegetarian Restaurant’ by the TIMES FOOD AWARDS two times in a row, the restaurant promises to serve you everything best. With innovative cooking style keeping the ambience a little quirky yet comfortable and almost out of a five-star restaurant, this franchise is definitely hitting several chords together to compose a beautiful music. Serving everything from south Indian, Chinese, North Indian to continental – the restaurant has something for everyone! And this is the reason I plunged on the trip to Imly for about two three times now. Because the food was just so good, one trip would not suffice eating up all. So here are a few favourite and popular dishes from Imly restaurant!

Gol Gappa ~ The unusual way! Forget the road side pani puri and dig into these six pieces of gol gappe which are served with different flavours of water for each piece. From pineapply, kokum, imly, mango to even pomegranate and lemon, the water flavours just stick to your tongue and give a happy feeling. I loved each piece!

Kokum Banta Shikanji ~ Banta concept has been long in India, but infusing different flavours into it came a little late. Imly serves banta bottles in flavours like Pineapply, Mango, Ginger, kokum etc from which I picked the kokum one. This one has a beautiful colour, flavor and aroma giving a sweet-sour and lemony taste with perfect aftertaste of kokum!

Cheese Pizza ~ The pizza was ordered just because it was heart shaped, and it did its job fine. The flavours were minimal with lots of toppings and cheese and a perfect crust!

Mushroom Malai ki Tikki ~ This one has to be a favourite now! With chopped mushroom and a very creamy texture the tikkis are delectable, mildly spicy and burst into your mouth with flavours you will remember for long. With those tiny pieces of kaju-mathi on top, the combination just got better! Definitely a must try!

Vada Pav ~ Vada Pav cannot just get divine everywhere but Imly managed to nail the taste. With the right balance of spice and flavours this one is a sure win!

MyPlateReview Recommends: Visit this amazing franchise restaurant and pick up just about anything and they serve a fine taste. However my favourites here would be Golgappe, mushroom malai ki tikki and banta bottle which you must pick the time you visit Imly restaurant.
