The divine flavours of Exalte Tea! #TeaTalks #TeaWeek

Evening.. book.. music on the background… and a cup of hot tea sitting right next to you… times to cherish!

Tea has been a part of our lives and specially our evening in a way that we have a friend. For each of the thought, the book we read or listen to music; when it’s a cup of tea in our hands – things fall in place!
This time it was little different! I loved trying the variants of tea I had put my hands on in this tea week and Exalte Tea just happened to be a part of it. As much as I did not know what I am going to be treated with until I had boiled the water for my evening tea! This was time to try the Exalte yoga Tea – the name intrigued me so much that I did not study about the makers or open the packet but just added it to the list.

Exalte Yoga Tea – This variant of Tea from Exalte had been added by them as a special gesture to fitness. A treat to the fitness freaks who need their tea dose daily and want it to be healthy too.

Yoga tea is a form of black tea which holds the goodness of cardamom, rose petals, dry ginger, cinnamon and black pepper. It calms down the senses and connects to the soul.

Black tea like green tea has a lot of health benefits like: It helps in balancing the hormones – fending off stress. It fights bacteria and helps in strengthening immune system.  It has extremely less caffeine which helps in better blood circulation and less addiction. It helps in reducing the cholesterol levels and also proves to be a boost for your workout sessions.

As soon I opened the packed, a warm smell of Elaichi (Cardamom) & rose petals mixed with tea treated by senses. The feel was so pure and fresh – I wanted to try it in special style. The packet was of loose tea and I did not have a tea infuser with me. Next thing I know is that I was set to preparing my own DIY tea bag to cherish Exalte Yoga Tea to its optimum.

It took me a mere 10 minutes to prepare this DIY Tea bag and the jewelry touch to it made me feel exotic too. Thus began the boiling of water again. Dipping the tea bag into the cup and watching it infuse flavours – I loved the aroma of the tea! Indeed one of the best flavoured and aromatic teas I have come across in a long time now!

My evening turned gold as I kept sipping on it and listening to the music I had been playing.
