Coffee & Pizza date! @ The Coffee Shop, Saket!

What is more mighty than sipping your coffee…?? Watching your coffee brew!

Indeed it was those evenings when the caffeine fix for the day had not taken place and it was time for me to start being over-dramatic when we reached “THE COFFEE SHOP”!!
With the look of a French style coffee house, the banner itself took my interest, as it looked like a place to sit and indulge into thoughts while you have been busy for a while now!

Ambiance: The place is beautifully lit with red and yellow lights and Italian feel to it which makes this coffee shop a little more ecstatic and relaxed. The soft music playing in the background made the mood just right. As it was not so chaotic – it felt peace!s

Concept: What is a Coffee shop concept to be about? Peace? Bliss? Or a heavenly dive into the brewing coffee aroma? Well The Coffee Shop did manage to give us more than that. A live coffee brewing counter in front of us and a live pizza baking counter working right in front of our eyes is proof enough that this place is heaven!

What we ordered: We were keen on trying the three basic specialties that ‘The Coffee Shop’ hoards about i.e. Coffee – Pizza – Bakery! And so picked a few dishes to try on!

Cappuchino ~ Living up to the mild coffee taste and creamy texture with a hint of cinnamon in it. The right Italian brew!

Orea Chocolate shake ~ this one was a delight with beautiful chocolate flavor rich of Oreo chunks and a sumptuous amount right to fill up the tummy!

Provencal Pizza ~ This one was one of those few pizzas which I have loved in my life experiences! With toppings of bell peppers, capsicum, black olives, jalapenos, mushrooms and sumptuous spread of mozzarella cheese, this Pizza remains my most recommended one for all of you!

Naughty Waffle ~ this one was a bit disappointing! Given that the waffles looked so pretty, we hadn’t expected a sour and too soft a waffle as it was served. They happened to be really sour and we could not take more than a few bites into it.

MyPlateReview Recommends: Take your partner out on a date at this beautiful Italian Coffee shop or just grab your cup of coffee with a book by your side. I recommend ordering their pizza as its one of their best servings – try the Provencal Pizza!
