Chamomile

Chamomile or Babune ka Phal, is an aromatic flower belonging
to the daisy family.
Chamomile flowers are brewed in water to lend it the flavor and
goodness of the flowers – we call it as Chamomile Tea. Rich in Chamazulene
compound, chamomile tea is enriched with anti-inflammatory, antispasmodic and
analgesic properties. It is a great healing ageing Unlike the usual tea varieties,
chamomile tea doesn’t contain caffeine and is a powerful herbal drink to soothe
the senses.
