India's first Noodle Bar - Wai Wai City Noodle Bar #RestaurantReview

Comfort food is the best kind of food!

Be it watching a new movie on Netflix or binge-watching the new addictive web series if there is something we like to munch on while being entertained then it is comfort food. Now for this the range goes from a simple packet of maggi, top ramen, wai wai or even popcorns, nachos and more. But how about finding a perfect place where you can try your favourite noodles in new styles to binge on. And how about getting them box-packed and delivered to enjoy your evening? Well Wai Wai City is here to treat our taste buds with exactly what we wanted – our favourite noodles gourmet style!

Wai Wai City is a new noodle bar joint that is fast catching up spaces all over India with an aim to open about 200 outlets all over the country. Trick? They help you design your own noodle box and other snacks helping it get delivered to your house in no time. The same noodles that you cook in just about one or two styles can now be relished with new taste and flavours like Chinese, Japanese and even with new flavours.

I had the chance to visit this place and here is exactly how my experience went!

I ordered for their Chilli Chinese noodles with an option to make it with roasted wai wai noodles. The oozing flavor of garlic, ginger and the Chinese sauce made it too delicious to control. The noodles were excellently made with amazing taste that I am highly recommending this one.

To go with the noodles I opted for their Tamarind mocktail which was tangy yet sweet and paired perfectly with the noodles.

With an option to create your own noodle box with the choice of your noodle, veggies, sauce, tempering and even seasonings you can customize your noodles as per choice or even order their signature dishes. They also have a separate set of snacks that comprise of honey chilli potatoes, spring rolls and more. You can even pick some mocktails and desserts to complete your meal!

The place is quite simply designed and created in the form of a regular multi-city joint but is quite an enjoyable experience.

Service: Self service counter!

Plating: Noodle box, paper plates etc

Price: Appropriately priced but some dishes can get a bit expensive!

MyPlateReview Recommends: Noodle box that converts your regular noodles into a much enjoyable one! I recommend their Chilli Chinese, Hakka Wakka, Tokyo Express and Kung Pao noodles. Wai Wai Bhel is an excellent dish. I also happen to love their Spring rolls and honey chilli potato.
