Ek baar jo maine commitment kar di –
toh phir main apni bhi nahi sunta!
Well, being a Bhai fan comes almost
invariably. The amount of energy, action and cute expression that this
bollywood superstar brings to screen is majestic. From the time when Salman
Khan made an entry into bollywood to today he has been one of the most
celebrated stars.
As much as even the fans are popular and known for their dedication.
As much as even the fans are popular and known for their dedication.
The craziness for this bollywood
superstar is such that his fans actually moved on to make a complete restaurant
in his memoir – The Bhaijaanz!
I being a Salman Khan fan myself had
definitely put the restaurant on the list of must visits as this place is quite
an attraction. With Salman Khan dialogues govering around the walls, 10 rupee
notes collective of the date of his movie releases being framed and decorated,
the movie posters adored to even housing a pet named hulk – the place looks
like an extension of Salman Khan’s personality! But does not serve for as good
a food as one deserves to eat here!
I was eager to visit this place not
just for the Salman Khan love but also for the love of Biryanis the stories of
which had been binding me to bits.
I ordered: A sumptuous plat of Biryani
and an assorted Kebab Platter
Both the dishes were highly dissatisfying!
The biryani turned out to be less in
quantity for the price you pay! The It was more like rice cooked with
cauliflower chunks and served to you! Definitely a No!
The kebab platter was a BIG
dissatisfaction as it was priced to high and did not even meet the quality or
taste as it was expected to be! The platter wasn’t as hot as it should be
served and was somehow stale. The kebabs lost on the flavor as much as biting
into another piece was an effort. We left the platter and biryani half way and
rushed out of the restaurant as soon as we could.
I also ordered a papad to go with
Biryani which never arrived!
MyPlateReview Recommends: Bhaijaanz
was a BIG disappointment in the name of food! As much care they paid to décor
and hookah sections they ignored the purpose of the restaurant here! I would
not recommend this place to anyone!
MyPlateReview Rating: .5/5 (.5 just for the décor!)
