Lemon Splash tea from Chamong Tea! Reviewed!! #TEATALKS

We cannot deny on the health benefits we get from the consumption of green tea or any form of liquor tea. All the flavours that come with it, in some way benefits us with the extracts common in them! While some people opt for just the plain and simple green tea loose leafs and tea bags for their daily dose of green tea, others like to explore.

There have arrived so many variants of green tea with fruits and flower infusions that putting hands on each one of them might come as a task too! Right from the Jasmine tea, lemon grass tea, ginger tea, rose tea, lemon tea, honey etc. there have been innumerable flavours each beneficial with its own way.

Lemon being known for its health and skin benefits since ages now, brought me to trying this variant of tea for my next session with tea talks. Thus I chose Chamong Tea for their Lemon Splash tea bags as my trial target.

Chamong tea is based out of Assam, India and is known to produce 100% Organic tea variants of Darjeeling and Assam Tea. It has brought a lot of flavours for the ready to drink tea bags which includes Darjeeling black tea, Jasmine breeze flavoured green tea, Lemon green tea, Organic Tulsi tea, Masala green herbal tea etc.

I chose their lemon Splash tea variant because lemon is a common ingredient in the liquor tea we make at home and the benefits of it in our daily tea is multi-dimensional. Lemon helps in restoring the Vitamin C in the body along with providing the necessary antioxidants necessary for the skin. It helps in combating cold and improves immunity.

My experience with the Chamong lemon Splah tea wasn’t a good one! I did like the aroma and feel of the brewed tea but the taste came out to be very mild with leaving a bitterness in the mouth. The tea bag texture after dipping it in the water did not impress me enough too.

MyPlateReview Recommends: Fruits and flower infused tea can bring additional benefits to your health and skin giving you a calm and composed feel.Though Chamong tea is something I would not recommend. Put your hands on some samples of tea bags from places to find yourself the right quality of tea. Or you can choose to read other reviews of the tea I tried and choose one – there are some really nice ones I found!
