A good
Breakfast keeps you happy although the day!
One of the
most important meals of the day - breakfast is mostly boring for us all. We
either try the comfort food or just eat a few slices of bread and run for our
work. In such boring situations, I tried to break the routine and chose the All
American Diner for an American breakfast!
Of course I was free for the day and ready to dig into some quality food that treats my soul. I had heard a lot about this place and thus giving it a try was on a long awaited list which could wait no more to be ticked off! Therefore the visit to the India Habitat Centre!

All American
Diner is a restaurant which is styled in American way. Serving the best
American cuisine and the ambiance been designed so differently that you will immediately
feel like you have entered another era. As beautiful and calm it looks from the
outside, it’s a bit retro and so much colourful from inside. This place is
almost every day filled specially in the breakfast and brunch hours and so we
had to wait for a few minutes too. Although we got the space real fast!
The place
fills in with great music (mostly English) and lets you sink into the mood of
the décor. You shall find the posters of famous American bands, the seating
style is that of a typical American restaurant and yes the bar area is the most
colourful place. I just kept looking at it most of the time. I loved the aura
around here. The food we ordered were actually just 2 dishes and 2 coffee.
Pancake
Combo ~ Lets be honest here you cannot return from an American diner without
tasting their pancakes! Pancakes here were so fluffy, warm and smooth that it
was immediate love. The sweetness and softness melted heart. The plate
consisted of 2 pancakes, one sunny-side-up egg, potato hash, cheesy tomato, and
stir fried corn. The potato hash was average, the cheesy tomato has delicious
flavor along with the corn which was gulped down in seconds. The sunny side up
egg ran smooth and tasted amazing!
Hot Cappuccino
Coffee ~ As creamy, fluffy and strong as I had thought of. The right dose for
the morning!
Spaghetti
with Tomato, Capers and Olives ~ Spaghetti smelled delicious and was creamy
enough. This is one of the best Spaghetti I have had in a long time now and
definitely tasted so blissful because of the olives present in there. It was
paired with the garlic break which was crispy and flavourful along with a
vegetable salad. All in all this is the MUST HAVE thing in this restaurant.
Cold coffee
with ice-cream ~ The usual cold coffee with ice-cream. I liked the fact that it
was thick enough!

Recommends: All the items that I ordered were really good and definitely the
ones which I would order again and again on my visits. The place is perfect for
a breakfast date, a brunch with girlies or even a good family time for American
style food.
